Job Title: Provisional Patent Application Assistance (Contract/Part-Time)

Job Description:

Mr. Falamak/FalamakRobotics is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to provide assistance with the preparation and filing of patent applications. This is a contract or part-time position, ideal for someone with experience in patent prosecution and a strong understanding of patent law and procedures.

Responsibilities:

● Assist in the drafting and preparation of patent applications, including specifications, claims, and drawings.

● Conduct prior art searches and analyze patentability.

● Prepare responses to office actions from the USPTO.

● Maintain accurate records and track application deadlines.

● Communicate effectively with inventors and other stakeholders.

● Assist with other patent-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

● Strong understanding of patent law and USPTO rules and procedures.

● Experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.

● Excellent research and analytical skills.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and 1 manage multiple tasks.

● Specific technical background or degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, ACAD, technical writing).

Compensation:

● Project-based fee, depending on experience.
